Human hair provides a more natural look and feel, as well as offers more styling flexibility than synthetic hair extensions. While more expensive, we believe the benefits outweigh the extra cost.

Typically, we recommend that your hair be at least six inches long in order to apply extensions.

Absolutely. We use extensions made from real hair, and you should treat them as if they were an extension of your own hair, using sulfate-free shampoo and hydrating conditioners and only washing them when they absolutely need it. Since they do not receive natural oils like your own hair does, however, extensions do not need to be washed as often.

Yes, it is perfectly fine to use styling tools on your real hair extensions, but we do recommend that you use a heat protectant spray to prolong their life.

Extensions go through their own dying process so it is important to speak with a professional colorist about dying them again as doing so can impact their lifespan. We don’t recommend lightening or using any bleaching agents, or dying balayage or ombre extensions.

Extensions usually last anywhere from 3-6 months depending upon how often they are used and how well you care for them.
