Brow shaping is an art. It takes the right eye to build a brow that truly complements your face.

At Panico Salon, we custom shape your brows to fit your unique face shape. We believe your best brow shape naturally works with your bone structure and the lines of your face. That’s why your first brow session starts with an in-depth consultation about your facial features and your brows’ natural growth pattern. Then the sculpting process begins. Our skilled brow professionals will use trimming, tweezing, or waxing – or a combination of all three – techniques to create a brow design with a focus on fullness and volume that beautifully frames your eyes.

At Panico Salon, we custom shape your brows to fit your unique face shape.

We use a gentle wax to minimize discomfort and irritation, but realize waxing is not for everyone. If you have a reaction to waxing or simply an aversion to it, our brow specialists can still create the perfect brow with trimming and tweezing techniques.

To achieve your ideal brow look, we can also tint your brows to suit your hair color and complexion. This is a great way to add interest to light blonde brows, complement freshly dyed hair, address graying brows, and bolster a sparse shape.

Brow FAQs

The eyebrow growth cycle is typically 21-30 days. At the end of the cycle, removed hairs should start to appear on the skin’s surface. Brow tinting also begins to fade at the end of this time period. So we recommend getting your brows done every 3-4 weeks.

Both tweezing and waxing are good brow hair removal options. With waxing, a warm body wax is applied to the skin in the direction the hair grows. We use Escential Rose Non Strip Disposable Wax to remove hairs from the follicle. Tweezers remove one or a few hairs at a time, also extracting them from the follicle. As to technique, it really comes down to preference. Some people prefer waxing because it creates a cleaner brow line, removes peach fuzz, and is a faster hair-removal technique. Others like tweezing because waxing irritates their skin. Panico’s brow specialist will help you choose the right technique for you.

Removing the hair from the follicle can cause inflammation and irritation for a short period of time. This is completely natural. Applying aloe vera gel after your brow shaping can help soothe the skin. Some people’s skin is more sensitive and can take hours to calm down. If you experience this, you should apply a cold pack to the area. If your irritation continues, you should consult your doctor about a possible allergic reaction. It’s important to let your brow specialist know if you have any allergies or if you are taking any medications which could cause a reaction.

Nothing! For best shaping results, all of your brow hairs should be on the same growth cycle. It’s important that each hair be long enough to be removed. So you should not tweeze at home in between sessions.

Yes! If you take medications that contain any form of retinol, such as Retin-A, Accutane and Differin, you may experience a bad reaction, even a burn, to waxing. You should avoid taking these medications for at least 48 hours before your brow shaping session. If you are unsure if your skin medication contains retinol, you should consult your dermatologist before making your appointment. And be sure to advise the Pancio brow specialist that you are taking such medications.
